    I will look at my hind-view in the mirror and be in absolute despair, then my husband will say something about what a great back-side I have. What is wrong with that man?

    WOW! This is some REAL TRUTH Right here..How often we have a distorted view of ourselves. And so, I work diligently daily at changing the way I see myself because I Refuse to get to my goal weight and still see myself as a one hundred and something heavy person that I was and had been for years. I am determined to Enjoy my success with each NSV and each pound that I shed all along the way. :bigsmile:
