Noob to the site

Hello everyone, Hoshkosch here. I'm completely new to the site. I'm 26 and looking to get back down to 133. I'm at 146 right now. My first week's goal was to cut out soda from my diet. I've been completely soda free for a week. I used to have a soda a day, so it wasn't too big of a challenge. I had a friend help motivate me to get me there.
Since my first week's goal has been met, I'd like to up the challenge for me. I would like to add a serving of vegetables to my lunch. My breakfast usually consists of either scrambled eggs, a piece of toast, milk and a pear or oatmeal, milk and a pear. I snack on an apple and/or a banana before lunch. So, I would like to add a vegetable for lunch. I still have a week to decide what my third week's goal will be. Thoughts and ideas would be great. Nice to meet you all.
