How to stay motivated for longer than a day?!

Seriously, I have always had problems with staying motivated to exercise regularly and eat healthier. I've battled my weight for 10+ years and it seems like the longer I battle it, the harder it is to stay motivated. When I first started trying to lose weight I could stay motivated for months at a time and drop the weight. But then, like most of us, I'd gain it back and the cycle would repeat. I don't know if I've just grown immune to staying motivated due to long-term frustration and a subconscious assumption that I'll probably fail... or if I just have MASSIVE A.D.D. and can't stay focused for longer than 1 meal LOL... but it seems lately (over the last year or two especially) I will start a day off great, and then by dinner time I have completely forgotten about my goal to eat healthier... only after I down several spoons of cookie dough or eat a GIANT bowl of ice cream do I remember "DOH, I was going to eat healthier today"... I know there is always tomorrow... but if I only can remember to eat right for breakfast, all my tomorrow evenings are eventually going to make me weigh 500 pounds LOL. Help! Any suggestions?
