To much Creatine? stacking

Currently taking C4 a few days a week before workouts and Gaspari AminoMax 8000 before and after workouts 5 days a week, but was sent free Creatine Monohydrate powder. Any thoughts of stacking all 3 together, or is this to much? I am very new to any Creatine supplements.

Total : Creatine Nitrate 1000mg from C4 , Creatine Monohydrate 5g from powder , and Creatine Monohydrate from the amino max is not specified, but I would assume it is a low dose

    No, it's not too much. 5g/day is a pretty standard dose, but depending on your muscle mass, you can use more. I'm presently using 5g on off days and 15g on training days and there have been no ill effects in a few months.

    a lot of people dose at 5 grams per day.

    so you're looking at a 6 gram dose, plus maybe a gram or so in the amino mix. (it's probably a low amount or they'd list it. companies do prop blends so they can put an ingredient down without listing the amount to save money.)

    I've seen people dose upwards of 20 grams per day, it's not gonna have any detrimental effects.
