Hi All...I've been using MFP for awhile now on and off and tend to have an issue staying focused and keeping on track.
I'm looking for support and lots of new friends so that we can help motivate and keep one another focused through our journey to be better, healthier versions of ourselves.
I'm an IT professional who is desk bound like so many others eight hours a day and could definitely stand to exercise much more than I currently do. So...I'm back and ready to put in the work. Walking, biking and some old school situps, jumping jacks, etc. are my weapons of choice to battle the bulge.
If you're someone who is great to motivate and lend a kind word of encouragement along our seperate yet same journey...I want to hear from you.

Hi! My name is Randi, I want to lose about 30 pounds and have tried and failed many times! I am hoping that this time..... is MY time! If any one has any helpful tips or suggestions please let me know. All advice is welcome! I am a single mother of a 2 year old, work full time and am a full time student. With all of that on my plate I am still ready and willing to tackle my weight loss, I just need a little motivation from me peers and some good pointers!0
