in need of serious advice!

ive been on my journey for over a year now, i started on 1200 calories a day and a cheat day once a week in weigh ins.
Everything was going good and i fell of the wagon for a month or so my clothes still fit the same i can't bear to get on the scale im soooo scared of it! Everytime i look in the mirror all i see is my old self a size 20 my clothes now are a size 10 uk, ive now purchased a treadmill and burn 200 cals a day on it......i cant seem to eat more than 800 calories and im so scared of being big again.........i hate where i am at the moment because all i seem to think abt is losing more weight it's got to the point where i just don't want to eat anymore its almost like a chore i could really use some advice please could you give me your opinions thank you

I'm not sure what kind of advice you are looking for. What I got out of your post was that you were doing really well, but slipped up for a month. Even though you slipped up, your clothes are still fitting fine. And now you are back on track and exercising. All of these things are good things? If weighing yourself causes you stress, then don't do it. Simple as that. If you are truly in a place mentally where you are getting obsessive and cannot eat food, then it would probably be good to talk to someone, like a therapist. You don't want to develop an eating disorder or an unhealthy relationship with food. Good luck!0

For me, the best thing to do is just focus on the calories in and the calories burned and let the scale take care of itself. Don't weigh for awhile - Focus on what you can control - go back to your 1200 calories a day, exercise and eat at least some of your exercise calories, and just keep on like that for a couple of weeks.0

If that is what worked for you before, it will work for you again. Don't be extreme in limiting your calories. I know you are probably freaking out from any possible gain from falling off the wagon, but now its time to go back to the healthy way you were living.
Trust me, I know the feeling.. you stray and then it's like "OMG i'm only going to eat broccoli for the next week until I get back down to Xlbs!"0
