A new workout that I can feel working!

I was reading Men's Health and they listed a workout called the 3-2-1 workout that Bradley Cooper (the guy from "The Hangover") uses. It is 3 sets of 10 minute cardio, 2 sets of 10 minute strength training, and 1 set of 10 minute core training. So the sequence is as follows:
Cardio; Strenght Training; Cardio; Strength Training; Cardio; Core
I have done this the last two days and I really feel a difference. Plus, You only have to have the will power to do the same thing for 10 minutes!!
