Raw Recipes #1
Raw Pizza:
1 Sprouted wheat tortilla
2 T hummus
2 T spaghetti sauce [Classico, or...]
2 large fresh mushrooms, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 T red onion, minced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/4 tsp italian spice or oregano
1/8 tsp Maldon's seasalt
Spread hummus on tortilla, spread spaghetti sauce on top of that. Spread veggies on top, sprinkle the spice and a tiny bit of salt. Enjoy!

My favorite raw recipe will always be chocolate truffles
1/4 c raw almonds
5-6 dried dates
1 tbsp raw agave
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp shredded coconut
process raw almonds and dated in a food processor. Add cocoa and agave. Will form a paste. Roll into balls and roll into coconut. I feel like they taste the best after being in the fridge for a little bit but it doesn't matter. Good either way!0 -

Chocolate truffles? Thanks for the recipe! Chocolate is definitely my fave! Trying to stay away from it for the most part, until I get to goal weight. Not to say that I will NEVER have any. I certainly will. Our local raw restaurant - Cafe Bliss - makes the most amazing raw treats!
