Want to give up

I started this journey with MFP to loose a few pounds because i quit smoking. I joined the Gym the day after I had my last smoke. Sept 5th was the day I joined the gym, quit smoking and started eating healthier.
I immeditaly changed my eating habits just so i would not gain wieght and excerised more than I ever had (not alot) but going from No excersise to 2-4x a week is something.
Anyway I have pretty much stayed 120 lbs, I dropped to 118 for a few days then boom back to 120. I must be eating too much, not excerising enough. It is fustrating. Can anyone with background on this matter maybe take a peek at my food diary..its public...please tell me what am I am doing wrong....
