Losing it...

I started this journey with all the motivation in the world! And even though I am slowly loosing weight I am rapidly loosing my motivation too. Anyone have any tips or tricks they use to stay on track. I haven't veered off yet, but I can feel it coming and I wanna fix it before the problem get too bad..
I am also tired a lot more lately and have no idea why!

    For being tired, I'd make sure you're eating enough.

    As for motivation, keep thinking about why you're on this journey. Some people print out pictures of someone the size they want to be, or a bikini they want to fit into in the summer. I have printed off a few motivational photos or sayings and put them up where they'll help me stay on track, like the fridge.

    I watch motivational youtube videos, and I look at some of the success stories on here. That may help =)
