At least that's what we call them.......

Take a large piece of foil and lay it out on the counter. Cut up your veggies and place in the middle of the foil. Roll up lengthwise and then fold in the ends. Put on the grill and cook until done (this is always an estimate for us, but start with about 10 min.) Not sure if this recipe is new, but we love it. I change up the ingredients based on what I have in the fridge.

Tonight in our paks we're having:
Potato 4 oz 59 cal
Yellow Squash 6 oz 12 cal
Carrots 3 oz 20 cal
1/2 tsp olive oil 60 cal
Season with salt/pepper
151 cals total

We also like broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, and/or green peppers in them.
Grill your chicken alongside, and VOILA! dinner is made.

I  making these too especially when it's grilling weather! I also like to use Emeril's Rosemary and Gaaahlic marinade on them....so good!

Yes. Slowly, but surely in VA we're approaching grilling weather. We should have some benefit to our weather besides nearly 100% humidity in the summer!

We like Chicken Rotisserie Seasoning on the veggies, too. Adds a little spice.
