Just normal, I have two hands, I have two feet kind of things. I cannot afford equipment right now, and I really want to get down to 126 lbs. So whats worked for you and has made you lose the most weight?
I have a fairly active job, and I'm poor so I eat what I can afford. Greek yogurt, granola, homemade turkey tacos, ect.. But I have been sticking at 138 for over a month now. I think it's about time or some serious exercise tips. Now, I want things that I can do everyday for the rest of my life. This weightloss is a lifestyle change and I plan on keeping it up even after I've hit my goal, so if you could help, I would really appreciate it.
5.7'', 34DD - 27 - 28, 138 lbs, help me!
