Without making this a long pity fest... My husband and I are going through a stressful situation with our home. Stress makes me want to eat. A LOT. I've only been at this about a week-and-a-half, so my resistance level is not operating at max capacity.
I had a big calorie lunch, and it has put me at limited calories for the remainder of the day. Which made me depressed. So I made myself a big cup of coffee with creamer, and pulled down Halloween candy and some cookies... and then made myself put the sweets away, and I'm going to pour out the rest of the coffee. Instead of saying "oh well" and having a total splurge day, I'm going to put an exercise DVD in to earn some more points to go towards dinner...
Yay for NSVs.
