whoo hoo! back on board!

i skipped two of my workout days this week because i have a lingering cold/sinus something or other. i decided to give my power 90 a go this morning, telling myself that even if i could only do 10 minutes it would be worth it. i'm happy to report that i made it through and i actually think i feel better because of it! so yay!
