High calorie but HEALTHY foods?

I've been told a few times in the past week NOT to lose any more weight as I'll start looking too skinny for my frame (I'm now at 133lbs/UK size 12--am quite curvy--and very happy with this) but I've just ordered the 30 Day Shred DVD to tone up, trying to get back into running and want to take up boxercise.
In order to maintain my current weight with all this exercise, I need to increase my calorie intake (my net is 1810 cals). What are some high calorie but HEALTHY foods? I'm vegetarian so nothing containing meat! I already eat a lot of wholemeal grains, full fat dairy, veggies, nuts, seeds, etc.

Avocados are awesome. I wish I could afford (calorie-wise) to eat more of them!0

Whole eggs, nuts, and pasta are all calorie-dense as well0

Natural peanut butter has been a lifesaver for me...it helps me reach my fats goal and adds extra cals0

I am vegan and have found a few things that are high-er calories but still healthy! Mainly, the high amount of calories comes from either protein or good fats. Eg
Tofu - often flavoured is higher
Falafels - although i dont recommend the ones that are deep fried
Beans - put in a salsa wrap or something similar can be great
Bean curd - things like bean cakes, bean curd puffs and the like are really nice
Nuts or even nut bars - there are healthy and non healthy ones so just check..mainly the sugar content
Muslei bars that are high in wholegrains
Rices
Protein bars or shakes - can be a great way to add some extra calories if needed - there are soy, rice, pea protein ones available if you dont want whey
Breads that are high in wholegrains or get thicker slices
Even adding something like sustagen if your struggling to add food
Chia seeds are really healthy and can top of foods and drinks with some extra omega 3 and a few extra calories
ummmm thats all i can think of at the moment sorry0 -
You can try adding a little extra good fat to your regular foods like olive oil, or coconut oil. or if you have a protein shake, you can add coconut oil to that too. I used to make these uber muffins, basically just find a good wholemeal banana bread or banana muffin recipe then I added extra walnuts, and oats and coconut oil to make them higher cal. Not the healthiest option, but good quality dark chocolate covered almonds, or a block that has almonds in is a nice high cal treat. And though its not usually recommend with a lower cal count, you can drink some of your calories with more milk and juices and smoothies too.0
