Heyyy ! I think crash diets are good for a short term fix if you have an event that is close but if you want longer term weight loss stick to healthy eating and losing weight at a moderate level. Most of the time you gain the weight you lost on a crash diet and more once you come off it. Although , I do think that a crash diet say for a week or 2 is a good motivator for losing more weight , but at a more steadily pase! x What help are you needing ? x0
