Miracle noodles.... Good or bad?

I've seen these and I'm on a low carb diet.... I would love to try them but can't find anyone that has.... Any opinion on these?

FYI they are noodles that are zero everything but high in fiber.... weird I know

I had them and hated them. I know others love them, you will get those responses. I found them to have the texture of rubber bands! I will just have smaller portions of the real thing.

Agreed. I couldn't get past the texture. Slimy rubber bands.

I love them! Yes, definitely check out this thread. It really is super important to dry fry them before you use them in a recipe. But once you do, I'm sure you will find all sorts of things you can cook with them. There are two kinds, one that is just the plant based noodles, and one where they are mixed with tofu. I found that I like the tofu mixed ones better, as they have a softer texture (reminds me of ramen noodles) and aren't quite as much like rubber bands. I find I eat more vegetables this way, because I am always trying to stir fry new kinds of veggies to eat with my noodles. But I do highly recommend at least giving them a try. You might find you like them after all!
