Hi Have a ook at my diary let me know what u think and how im doing.

I would apprieciate any ideas, suggestion on how to be healthier,tone up and loose a bit more weight.

Im stuck in a bit off a rutt, i wil be adding in some more exercise and have been trying out recipies.

all help welcome :))))))

    What on earth are you doing on Wednesdays to burn an extra 900 calories through exercise? Congratulations on the 29 lbs lost! You must be doing something right.

    I would sub out some of that pasta and bread with a hearty salad once a day. :)

    Thanks, I do 2 workout classes.

    Iv been reading up on all the bmr, defician and bmi

    OMG Im soooooo confused and its making me think am i doing it properly.

    ooo and thankyou on the weight loss.

    yeh noted prob a better meal to eat thank you.. (im a bit addicted to bread since im making it with my new bread machine lol)

    Just with doing 2 workout classes I though pasta would be good to have.
