how many calories are burned...

How many calories do i burn during spinnig class? MFP says 300 or so per hour but that seems very low.....it seems like a harder workout than that. Any thoughts??

    Somewhere between 200-1000 most likely. No one here can tell you that. If you want an educated guess, get a good HRM at least.

    But just so we're clear, that's an estimate too. Possibly a better estimate than what MFP tells you (or some other online guess), but still an estimate.
