Food Diary: Soliciting feedback on my choices

Hi,
Would appreciate any honest, knowledgeable feedback on my current diet.
Details:
Age: 43
Weight: 250 (down ~5 lbs the last 12 days)
Exercise: Working on Cardio only until December, mostly due to my own sad fitness level. ~1 hour/day 6 days/week in the evening.

looks pretty good. I'm doing the same thing basically with the cardio. Do a little bit of stretching and strength yoga but I'm just working my way there slowly. I think your diary looks pretty good - fish, veggies, fruit, cheese and stuff. What I'm doing is trying to eat as many veggies as possible, as few grains/starches as possible, fruit when I want something sweet, and I kind of ignore the MFP protein recommendation (it tells me to be under 45g, i usually go over by twenty or so). Just keeping eating like you have for the past couple days, and incorporate as many veggies as possible. keep exercising. keep logging. keep up the good work. Good Luck0

What kind of feedback are you looking for? Its pretty clean eating, are you having issues or concerns about nutrition? How long have you been going?
We like to switch up nuts I have cashews once in a while but our main nut is pistachios... they are lower in calories, so you can eat a few more of them.
I too would add more fruits, have them with each meal. We eat A LOT of fruit at our house. My husband has just lost 70 lbs and he is not a veg eater, but will eat every kind of fruit.
If you want to you can look at my food journal. Its our way and it works for us. We try to eat no refinded foods and no sugars, with the exception of yougart, and cheese, I stopped eating cheese because I found I lost better but my husand eats it with all his meals.0
