I've lost 123 lbs and need to learn to maintain now

Hello...I'm new to the forums, but thought I'd give it a try! I have lost 123 lbs so far and only have a few lbs to go, maybe 7 or so. My problem is, I have never maintained before, and I am terrified to try! I am so scared the weight will come back even thought I exercise anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours everyday. Anyone else lost a significant amount of weight, and successfully maintained? I need tips and suggestions! THANK YOU!
