I am having trouble gaining weight, I am 5'7 146.6lbs 36 years old male, I am trying to add some muscle frame, I eat around 3000 calories a day but it seems I am stuck at 146lbs I workout two to three days a week?

Then you should eat more. No weight gain = no calorie surplus.
More peanut butter, more olive oil, more nuts/seeds, and less bulky veggies and lowfat dairy. Full fat dairy, cheese, fatty fish, and potatoes!0
