I like the fact that the website an phone app is very user friendly. I just have to get in the habit of logging everything in.
My journey started 2.5 yrs ago, and I have come a long way. From unhealthy and sick, to energized and accomplished.
Staying healthy is a lifestyle and I understand it now. Joining this website seems like a great way for me to stay focus.

I will be running the Disney Marathon in 10 wks, and I am struggling with loosing 10 lbs. I have been trying to do so for over a year now. Running has kept me from gaining weight, but as I approach this incredible milestone in my journey, I am in need of help and support. I really have to lose this 10 lbs so I can be lighter and endure the 26.2 miles.

I am going to do my best to log everything I eat, and target the problem areas. So far, I am noticing sugar continues to be my biggest weakness.
