EFT & The Law of Attraction

Has anyone heard about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and/or the Law of Attraction? If so, what do you think? I personally started experimenting with EFT and sometimes I feel like it works. The LOA, on the other hand, is up for debate. I am not sure if it works the way some say it does.
