Hi. I am 28 and have a son that is 6 years old. He is my inspiration for everything:) I decided a few years ago that it was time for me to be more confident and more in love with myself! I was wearing a size 18 (tight) and just did not have security within myself. I started working out at 24-hr fitness 4-5 days per week. I dropped to a size 12 now, but I still have 40lbs to loose before I am at a healthy weight for my height and age! I decided that I need to start tracking my eating habits so that I can push myself to the next level!!! I'm excited.................:)

Hi, I'm new too. I am a 34 year old, who lost weight on Weight Watchers, but gained it all back in a year.
. I look forward to making positive changes now.
I plan to eat healthy, and I would like to be a little more active.
