Okay, maybe I'm a little TOO excited about this, but I've NEVER experienced steady weight loss.. ever!
I've lost 12 lbs from where I began in August, 6 from last week alone!
All I've done was cut out all beverages except water, eliminate the processed snacks that I'm so fond of & eat less than 1500 calories a day..
I'm so happy, I could cry! :happy: :smile:
