It just sounds intriguing. I was eating lunch with someone the other day and he was having leftover spaghetti squash just like it was real spaghetti, complete with meatballs and sauce.
How the heck to you open it and get out what you need to get out?
And then - any suggestions or recipes?

I like to cook it whole in the oven. Stab it a few times for steam vents and bake it for 45 mins to an hour at 350. Let it cool a bit and cut it in half (around the equator not stem to stern) and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Then just pull all the strands out and enjoy. It keeps in the frig for days. I usually cook one and divide it into containers for my lunch.0
