Need Inspiration for Couples Work Out Plan

So, my boyfriend recently decided he wanted to get fit with me!

I need some good ideas for a muscle building and cardio workout we can do at home together. Even though he is a boy, he doesn't have any more muscle mass than I do, so we're about at the same level right now, although I know that he'll have to make adjustments later to push himself.

I just need some ideas to get us started.

We have dumbells, an elliptical machine, and both of us are big walkers, but we're both terrible with running.

Does anyone have ideas or suggestions, or know of any good DVDs?
