Broccoli Beef--lots of things that do not have a cornstarch coating before they are fried.

I had Chinese for lunch. Chicken and broccoli in brown sauce. Not too bad calorie wise.

Just watch for the sauces and fried foods, jam packed with sodium. You'll be cool with practically anything else. The fried rice isn't too bad calorie wise.
  • I would say beef or chicken w/ broc, sweet and sour soup, no rice. The sodium will be sky high...so try and keep it low the next two days and drink extra water.

thanks one and all! I knew it was going to be awkward because everyone except me wanted the banquet-- and the more people who join, the chepaer it is!!!

So I joined in the banquet and pretty much picked out the zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower & chicken... okay and a few pieces of spiced calamari..... so when it came time for cake I was only a few calories over for the day.

    Thanks again :)
