Has Shakeology helped any of you with your stomach issues? =]

    LOL some are even more expensive Dave.

    I take the BBV program shakes and love them. I used to have horrid problems with bloating, gas, feeling nauseated all the time. I think it was my body telling me tis time to do something besides eat. I was over eating and likely of mostly the wrong things. Ive been on BBV since the 19th and after 2 weeks lost 17 lbs and find i feel great! If it works for you...then work it, i say.
    Logistically, the price is half of what i paid for groceries to feel like crap, so im ok with the cost.
