Hello,

I am a myfitnessPal member for the past one month and have been diligently reporting my food intake on the website. I also use the FitBit tracker to track some of calorie consumption. I am on a healthy diet and exercising with a personal trainer.

My Goals are:
a. Loose 30 lb in 4 months (from 205 to 175)
Progress So far: Lost 7 lb in 3.5 weeks

b. Be more fit and have higher levels of energy throughout the day

c. Look better and fit into best clothes easily.

Looking forward to meet friends with similar goals, exchange motivation, and share tips and experiences !
