Haha. Yes, sleep has lots of other very important restorative qualities too. They've done studies that link inadequate sleep with weight gain. I had to stop exercising of a morning because I was getting so exhausted I could barely function. Some of us just aren't morning people0

My hubby has switched to nightshift and his eating habits have gone down hill. When ur tired you tend to crave more of the bad things

Big time! I havent slept well this week, which has made me less willing to cook a healthy meal, less energy to exercise!! And I have had cravings for bad food...thankfully i didnt give in to many0
