Help! BMR and TDEE for me specifically

Ok so I've used a few websites and come up with a few figures.
1990 is the average for my BMR for me being sedentary to maintain my current weight of 89.5kg or 197lbs.
If I add in my exercise it goes up to 2300.
I'm currently eating 1250-1450 net a day. My allowance is 1490. I'm eating back some of my exercise calories.
I'm plateauing at this weight for 3 weeks.
I've lost 13.5kg or 30 lbs since the 12th of august. So 2 months and 3 weeks. I got to 13kg or 29 lbs in 2 months
I'm seriously confused by all of this, so should I give a crack at eating more?
I exercise off 2000-3000 calories per week in roller derby 2-3 times a week, riding a stationary bike 3-4 days and weights 2-3 days.
Help!

Here's what a friend of mine on MFP recommended:

Very straight forward and pretty much self-explanatory0 -
wow that's so much more than what I'm eating.
I'm going to try going back up to 1600 as I was losing there and that's 30% under my TDEE without exercise and eat more of those calories back. Seems I'm not eating enough. Bonus! MAOR FOOD!0 -
I'd wait at least a month before I started worrying. The way my weight loss goes, is I will hit a new low weight and stay there for two weeks to a months before I drop anymore. And it is usually close to two pounds that I drop. I don't understand it. It's just the way my body works for some reason.
Also, I started off too low myself. I didn't add 100 or 200 a week. I jumped straight up from about 1400-1500 to 2000 for about a month, then just this week upped it again to 2300. I'll stick there for a month and see what happens.
I'm 6'5 and currently 220 pounds and a male.0 -
Just a note, if you have been under eating for a while increase SLOWLY or you will gain some weight back. Go about 100 cal a week and you should be ok0

No it's only been at the lower level since I stopped losing at it adjusted me to that weight when I got to 90kg.
I lost 600gm this week so I guess it's not too bad.0 -
I was eating 1200 calories a day and just yesterday found out about TDEE and BMR. When I calculated mine it said to eat 1533, I'm gonna give it a try for two weeks and see what happens, good luck!0
