150 LEG LIFTS!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
Break them up into sets if need be.

It's 150--it's an ab exercise. Check out the video because I think you're thinking of the traditional lay on your side leg lift--this is much harder0 -
