Heading to Disney World on Friday

We are heading to Disney World on Friday and I am planning on still trying to log all of my food and to at least stay at my TDEE each day so I don't have a gain when I get home.

Any tips for doing this while on vacation? at Disney World?

Even just some moral support will be appreciated! I don't want to lose any of my hard work up until this point.

just keep counting! it'll take you ages to find the healthy options especially if its unknown food to you but be patient and find the calorie count. Also remember you're walking all day so that helps.

I'm right there with you on this one! I go to WDW 4 or 5 times a year. I was just there at the end of September and ended up being down a pound on my next weekly weigh in after the trip. Now when I stepped on the scale 12 seconds after I got home, I was up 4, but that was all sodium bloat et cetera. I logged everything I ate and allowed myself whatever I wanted. It's my vacation after all. I found that i made different choices now than I would have a year ago. For example, I LOVE the fries at The Plaza in Magic Kingdom. Not sure if they really do something different at that place, but they seem crisper and I crave them. 99% of the time, I would have the burger with them and clean the plate. This time I opted for the veggie sandwich and fries instead. Made it a little healthier and didn't feel the need to devour all the fries on my plate. Then, since it is The Plaza, I had an ice cream sundae for dessert!

You will be walking and doing a lot more exercise than you would at home. You also don't have lots of food sitting around to graze on which helps (although since I live close enough that I drive to The World I bring food for breakfast with me which helps cut back some calories and cost). You've been doing this since January, so you've already created new habits that will help you. You've got this! No worries!
