Stressed and Don't Want to Eat

Hello all!

It's coming to exam time for all of us uni students out there, and I don't know about anyone else, but when I get stressed I can't seem to make myself eat! I've seen a lot of posts about overeating when stressed, but does anyone have any recommendations of something that's good to keep your calories up when stressed?

Anything too rich just makes me feel ill.
