lost 30kg 3 years ago.. starting to gain back:(

hi all. ı have been using my fitness pal for more than a year. ı lost 30 kgs 3 years ago but after having 1 year of from my country , ı started to gain back.. ı gained only 4-5 kg but ı gained it to my sides and inner thighs.. sooo depressed . seems like nothing is working. recently I started pilates reformer for 3 times a in a week. and doing cardio on treadmill for 45 minutes ( sometimes mixing it with interval traning for 10 min.) and started to eat mostly protein.. do u guys have more suggestions.. sometimes ı feel like loosing my mind and eating every carb around. ı recently started to drink whey protein with milk and some berries and eat 2 eggs for breakfast. and for lunch again tuna or chichken and salad. for dinner mostly some meat and yogurt..
suggestions are welcomed ! :)
