So much stronger!

I have been doing Crossfit three days a week since August, before that some Jillian Michaels and a round of Power 90. In August, on my first day of Crossfit, I just about died doing 3 rounds of 15 hang power cleans/15 burpees. It took me 7:33. Yesterday, I did it in 4:40!! Took almost 3 minutes off!

Even more exciting, as of last night, I have a new personal record of 1X 235lb deadlift! (140% of my body weight!) I probably could have done more, but ran out of time. I am having so much fun getting stronger!
