My First Morning Workout Plan

Options
> Basic Stretches
> 25 sit ups + 5 per day until I reach 100
> 5 push ups + 1 per day until I reach 50
> 20 leg lifts
> Basic upper body weight training (15 reps each exercise)

Really new to working out, really physically weak but willing to persevere. Please critique and throw me ideas! I have no idea what I am doing, lol. Just trying to power up my core muscles and my overall strength so that other exercises get easier.

    If your core is a primary target, you could try throwing in some planks when you're ready!
