HAVING TROUBLE STICKING TO IT!

I usually do very well once I start my weight loss plan. Then after about two weeks I always get off track then I am right back at square one. It seems I can never get past that TWO WEEK MARK. I mean I do very well on the eating right and exercise and I have great results. I actually lose weight. I just don't know what I can do to KEEP me motivated so I can get past the TWO weeks and keep it going! #grrrrrr
