I'm a chia girl. But with the chia seed shortage, finding chia in my area has been spotty. I decided to try hemp seeds (hearts) as a replacement for now. So far I've only used them in smoothies, and sprinkled on salads. I'm not crazy about them, but would like to find other ways to use them up. I'm gluten intolerant and eat paleo/primal, so I rarely do baked goods. Does anyone have any recipe ideas??

Go to this site- Their supplements are paleo compatible. The hemp is a powder that you can make shakes with and they are YUMMY. I also reccomend getting the alpha brain with the new mood supplements. It puts you into quality rem sleep and and your dreams become lucid (controllable) Again they are the best all natural supplements that I have found and again very paleo tollerant.
