Busy but making a change (need buddies)

Hello all.
My name is Amy and I'm a new member. I'm hoping to lose about 70lbs in the next year through modifications in my life style (eating better, exercising, etc.) I don't have the time to commit to starting my journey just yet because I am a PhD student and single mother, but I plan on starting down this path in mid-December after the semester ends. I have lacked in motivation in the past and have started a facebook group to insure that this does not happen again. I'd love to make some friends on here that will keep me inspired for the journey ahead. Feel free to message me, friend me or join my FB group. Look forward to talking to you all.

I'll be happy to join you. I have a goal of 90lbs and at time it seem like a mountain. I work out hard but struggle with my eating habits, which defeat the purpose of working-out hard. Hopefully we can inspire and motivate each other.0
