Bruise on top of my foot

I just started running on the treadmill consistently for the last 2 weeks or so. Yesterday I noticed my left foot was bugging me a bit while I was on it. Today I felt the top of my foot itching and looked at it and it was bruised. I don't think it could be my shoes, they are good sneakers that never seemed to bother me before. What I'm wondering is if I can get back on the treadmill tomorrow and run through it, or if I need to let it heal first?

    Unless your in excruciating pain when running, I don't see how it can be a problem. Just take it easy. Maybe go at a brisk pace till the bruise goes away. :flowerforyou:
