Help! Needs more active fit pals please :)

I need more active and motivated fit pal friends. Please feel free to add me as a friend. If I'm having a tough time meeting all my nutritional needs while losing weight. Since I only have a limited number of calories I can consume per day I need advice on finding low calorie options. I do not want to take supplements. Also, I eat more plant based foods than animal products. I am not a big meat eater unfortunately. I'm lacking each day with my iron, calcium and potassium intake. Iron being the hardest.
