Sometimes if I am particularly sick I'll do the zinc dissolve stuff that shortens the period of the cold.0 -
2 packets of Emergen-C in a glass of OJ, drink in the AM and in the PM
drink lots of water and have at least one full day of sleep as in STAY IN BED.0 -
Sex. Water. Juice. Broccoli.
Any order is acceptable but I suggest broccoli AFTER the sex. Just in case.0 -
A clove or two of fresh garlic dipped in a little salt, eaten with some rye bread. Followed up with a stiff shot of whiskey.
