IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE WATING ONLY 1200 CALORIES A DAY BUT EATING TOO MANY CARBS?

    I LOOKED @ MY CARBS FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS THIS IS WHAT I HAD FOR THE END OF THE DAY=
    IM ALLOWED 174 CARBS FOR THE DAY....

    1/15- 22 CARBS REMAINING
    1/16- 18 CARBS REMAINING
    1/17- 63 CARBS REMAINING
    1/18- 20 CARBS REMAINING
    1/19- 55 CARBS REMAINING
    1/20- 1 CARB REMAINING
    1/21- 12 CARBS REMAINING
    1/22- 41 CARBS REMAINING
    1/23- (-5) CARBS
    1/24- 58 CARBS REMAINING
    1/25- 9 CARBS REMAINING
    1/26- 57 CARBS REMAINING
    1/27-86 CARBS REMAINING
    1/28- (-11 CARBS)

    as long as you have carbs remaining each day, you should be fine... fill your day with a few snacks low in carbs to up that caloric intake

    I'm certainly no expert, but 174 carbs for a 1200 calorie diet seems high. I eat 1450 calories and only eat a max of 145 carbs a day. If you're really curious, try lowering your carb intake for a while and see if you notice a difference. Otherwise, if it's working for you, don't change it! :wink:

    you can try lowering it if you think its your problem, just don't make it extreme. How much are you working out? you need carbs if you are working out a lot.

    I HAVENT HAD TIME TO WORK OUT DUE TO LONG HOURS, SO IM TRYING TO MAKE AS MUCH OF A LIFE STYLE CHANGE AS I CAN WITH THE FOOD,

    My calorie intake is 1230 calories, 169 Carbs.
    Your remaining Carbs looks good!!!
    I know you said you don't have time to workout but, why not try working out at work by, parking furthest away from your building, taking the stairs, speed walking through the halls. Do what ever it takes to be more active, your body may just need a change of some kind!!!

    Lol leeslim i work in las vegas at the airport i always park the furthest away with no choice lol
