There are 28 almonds in one ounce. Corn nuts are a little bit smaller than almonds, so just to be safe, I'd go with 30.0

I pre-measure all of my food at home when I pack my lunch but if I eat out I am LOST like a dog without a collar...helpless.... :bigsmile:0
