Does anyone know? I am about to bring my food scale to work and that will look really weird! :bigsmile:

    There are 28 almonds in one ounce. Corn nuts are a little bit smaller than almonds, so just to be safe, I'd go with 30.

    This. Buy a bag, pre-measure out baggies of 1oz, then it's ready to grab and go when you need it!!

    The point is - I don't keep this crap at home, only at work when I break down and have a few. I will just take home 10 and weigh them. Problem solved. :bigsmile:

    I pre-measure all of my food at home when I pack my lunch but if I eat out I am LOST like a dog without a collar...helpless.... :bigsmile:
