    I have lost 46.5lbs and 44 inches going gym, I have not long been using htis app and i love it. want to loose at least another 15 lbs. Before picture August 2010. After picture september 2012 xxx

    You look great. How did you do it? Were you strict in your eating, keeping to the calories you were allowed?

    Just going gym really. Didnt really stick to any diet as such, making sure i have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and drinking water xx
