sugar daily goal whats yours????

What ur sugar daily goal??? I keep going over thinking is it set too low what do u think ????

    i don't know what "normal" should be. my default target is 35, but I'm a 230lb guy.

    I always go over because of the fruit in my diet. I don't concern myself with it. I know I'm not getting sugar from candy bars, donuts, cake, pie, etc. (all previous sources for me :) )

    I do try to be conscience of where I'm getting other sugars. it blew me away how much is in milk and yogurt. I only have about a half cup of milk each morning, and I must have my fiber cereal, so I don't care about that sugar I'm getting there.

    I'd ask yourself where the sugars are coming from. If it is mostly fructose from fruits, maybe don't worry. if it is coming from the plethora of over processed sugar sources out there, perhaps you need to look at your diet a little closer.

    I ignore it completely, it's just another kind of carb. Since an apple or two puts me over, I don't even see the point of tracking it. .

    Thats very true, my sugar isnt coming from candy bars or processed foods.

    I could not belive how much sugar is in bran flakes and raisins. Which is what i realy enjoy for breakfast maybe ill cut it down to having it evey couple off days.

    What do you track I may change mine and take sugar out.
