    Ok...here's me...I am 5'9" and was 260+ in the fat pic and 199 in the other one. It took about a year...I would like to lose another 25 pounds but its been super hard for the past few months.

    Heres mine... These before pics were taken last Christmas time, however, I didnt start losing weight until about 4-6 months ago... i was 246, the 2 current pics were taken last week... now at 205, goal is 180... im 5 foot 10, medium / large frame...
